As an industry thought leader, Tiffani watches overall market trends to uncover best practices on how to improve sales performance and enhance the overall customer experience. Prior to Salesforce, she spent 10 years at Gartner as a vice president, distinguished analyst and research fellow, covering sales transformation and indirect channel innovation. She is the Winner of the ‘Gartner Thought Leadership’ Award for her comprehensive body of work on the Future of Sales and has delivered more than 450 keynote presentations around the globe to over 450,000 people on sales transformation and business model innovation. Over the past two decades, she has led large revenue-producing divisions at businesses ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. 

Previously a VP, distinguished analyst, and research fellow at Gartner, she has worked for startups and Fortune 500 companies including Sprint, Inacom, Interland, and Gateway Computers and is considered one of the pioneers of cloud-based indirect channel programmes. 

She is the author of the Wall Street Journal bestselling book ‘GROWTH IQ: Get Smarter About the Choices that Will Make or Break Your Business’ and the host of the "What's Next!" Podcast, ranked one of the Top 50 Business, Marketing and Management Podcasts...
