So many of Tyree’s original productions were being used on huge smash tracks such as Crystal Waters, Tyree decided to walk away from the music industry and earned more money delivering pizza's than he did producing some of the most incredible, world famous tracks ever to be made in the Hip House scene. Hear about the time Tyree met the artist Prince in Holland and refused to believe it was him. Listen as Tyree reminisces about performing on Top of The Pops - thanks to help from Pete Tong. Tyree toured with MTV in 1990 with other bands such as De La Soul, Sybil, Betty Boo, Wee Papa Girl Rappers. Such a funny but also shocking ’True House Stories’ show from the incredible Tyree Cooper who is so talented yet never recognized or paid fairly. This finally led to Tyree taking DJ International Records to court where he was finally recompensated for the money he had always been denied due to always being informed that his productions had been ‘Flops’ by the label owners.
