Cassidy Rainwater: More Questions Than Answers

Cassidy Rainwater has been missing since sometime in July. Recently the FBI received an anonymous tip about photos portraying Cassidy being held in a cage. Two men have been arrested in Cassidy’s case, but much is still unknown.
