Tune into the 21st installment of True Crime New England's Case Profiles, a mini-series highlighting underrepresented people-of-color in New England whose murders and disappearances often go unsolved. This week, Katie starts off by telling the devastatingly mysterious disappearance, and eventual murder, of Denise Hart out of Vermont in 2015. Despite the discovery of her body nearly a year later, poor police work allowed Denise's case to continue to be unsolved, which it is to this day. Then, Liz finishes off the episode by telling the unsolved disappearance of Mitchel Iviquel, who suddenly vanished from Massachusetts in 2020. Mitchel, a veteran, was houseless at the time and also suffering from PTSD, and her family is concerned for her safety.
