On September 14, 2007, in the midst of a contentious divorce, Dr. Kirk Turner visited his estranged wife Jennifer with a friend who was picking up tools. While the friend was loading up his truck, Dr. Turner planned to review legal paperwork with Jennifer. What transpired next ended in Jennifer's grisly death and Kirk being stabbed twice in the leg with a 7' spear.
