Michael Dwayne Vick was borne June 26, 1980 to Brenda Vick age 16 and to Michael Boddie age 17. Vick was born in Newport News, Virginia which at the time of his birth was known for drug dealers and gang members. Vick was the second child for Brenda and Michael who had a daughter a year before named Christina. Brenda and Michael did not marry for another 5 years having 2 additional children Marcus and Courtney before their marriage. So, not a typical beginning but not the worst that most of us have seen or heard about.
