On July 28th, 1995, a young man decided to end his life once and for all and placed his head on a rail line in front of an oncoming train. For the conductors aboard a Canadian Pacific Railroad engine, it was too late to stop. It was believed that the man may have come from the Maritimes or the Northeastern United States, fresh from a break up with a significant other. He had apparently traveled along with another wayfarer through Canada and may have had ties to British Columbia, based on clothing found with his belongings. Unlike the typical wayfarer, he maintained a well-groomed appearance and seemed to be new to the lifestyle, which also heightens the mystery surrounding this man's case.
