Mark Jenkins is assigned to work as the Burnside-Gorge Community Resource Officer (CRO) at VicPD.  Mark has a very difficult job of working as liaison for the citizens in that zone and working with multiple supportive housing organizations all in an effort to harmonize the needs of both.  Mark is an excellent communicator and is willing to talk to anyone.
