Today I want to give you a quick tip on how to better position yourself when you're competing with multiple offers.

My quick tip requires you to come out of your comfort zone a little bit. While many people say to write a letter where you can pull at the seller's heartstrings by mentioning how much you love the home and how you want to raise your family, I suggest making a video.

Nowadays, video makes a huge difference. When you know there are multiple offers on the property you want, why not make a video to help you stand out? Even if there aren't multiple offers and you want to make an offer that is lower, you can do a video to explain why your offer is so low.
