CBD products are quickly becoming more widely available in traditional retailers, such as supermarkets and drugstores. However, with that comes a recent study that shows many CBD brands do limited testing on purity and potency, and in some cases do no testing at all.

In this episode of Hash it Out, RJ Balde spoke with Stuart Tomc of CV Sciences about how thorough testing standards are invaluable to the legitimacy of the CBD industry. They also dive into the scientific evidence behind CBD and cannabinoids, how to ensure you’re getting what you’re paying for, and what the future looks like for CBD as a “dietary supplement.”
