Rick Doblin is the founder and executive director of MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies). He received his doctorate in Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. MAPS was founded in 1986 and has been granted FDA approval for MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD.
