Season 2 Ep 3 of the Travels With Randy Podcast is here!

Hey, sometimes life events supersede travelling all over God's green Earth in a van, right?

We took a week off for an excellent reason - Randy's son Jameson got married!  Randy's got a brand new daughter-in-law and his first set of in-laws and has made their two Golden Retrievers legitimate lol.  Randy describes the settings of the rehearsal and wedding and after wedding festivities and seems to be one happy and proud Papa.

Randy and Bubba then catch everyone up on Randy's travels since Episode 2, beginning in Kalispell, Montana and ending in Sedro-Wooley, Washington.   He tries AGAIN to visit Glacier National Park and is AGAIN thwarted by snow (!) and road construction.   He then drives across Washington through the countless apple orchards and then over the Cascade Mountains to Seattle then north to Sedro-Wooley.

Randy's van, Snuffy, is holding up very well - Bubba's Suburban, Satan's Anus, is not.  Once again, Satan's Anus breaks down and needs a tow to Dr. Anus.  At 401,900 miles, every single event could be its' last - but once again, like an Exorcist, Dr. Anus finds what's wrong and resurrects the Anus.  This time?  The gas gauge was way off and Bubba simply ran out of gass without knowing it (facepalm)

Bubba then conveys the nightmare of having a family of 5 all driving and owning 5 cars -  he was just notified that his insurance company is jacking up the rates 28% FOR NO REASON.  He will be paying almost $6,500 a year for insurance on a family with zero tickets, accidents, or instances of any kind.   Shoot your shot, competing insurance agents!

The fellas then have a general discussion about inflation and how it creeps in and hurts everybody.
