In the latest episode of Trans-Tasman Tales, James Watson, Minister Counsellor for Home Affairs at the Australian High Commission in New Zealand, talks with the New Zealand Law Foundation's 2018 Distinguished Visiting Fellow, Dr Tim McCormack about why we should care about international law. 

During his visit to New Zealand Dr McCormack was hosted by the Faculty of Law at the University of Canterbury and toured all law schools giving staff seminars and public lectures. Professor McCormack is Dean of the Law School at the University of Tasmania and a Professorial Fellow at the Melbourne Law School. He is also the Special Adviser on International Humanitarian Law to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague and a Director of World Vision Australia.
