Five friends all with varying degrees of disabilities embarked on a adventure from the lowest point in Australia, Kati Thanda, 15 metres below sea level, to the top of Mount Kosciuszko, the highest point in Australia. They recorded their time cycling through beautiful Australian countryside and created a documentary, Lowest to Highest.

In today's episode, James Watson, Home Affairs Regional Director for the Pacific, got to see the documentary, listen in on the Q&A at the end.

Listen as Paul Pritchard and Duncan Meerding talk of their experiences throughout their incredible journey.
