We chased down Australian Marathoner Milly Clark for today’s show. Fortunately Mark didn’t have to literally chase her down, otherwise the interview may not have taken place*. Milly is lightning fast over 42.2kms and has recently qualified for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games with PB at the Gold Coast Marathon, finishing in 2:28!
Inspired by her Mother and Aunt who were also elite athletes, Milly chat’s to Mark about running, her work as a dietitian, and potentially being selected for another Olympic campaign.
We also take questions from members of Mark’s local running club, the Perth Run Collective, a free group running initiative supported by Lululemon in Perth, Western Australia. ‘PRC’ meet Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings, and all running levels are welcome. More information can be found on the Facebook group page here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/perthruncollective/
Thanks for listening and we would love for you to subscribe so you don't miss any episodes!
*It definitely wouldn’t have taken place
