This episode is a rant/educational episode that will express the proper mindset you need to have while you're pursuing your dream body & health. Enough with these 1,200 calorie diets, quick fat loss pills, and all that other crap that does NO GOOD! If we do that math on our daily expenditure vs our caloric intake and mindset on what will "create" our results, we will see how much harm we're doing to ourselves.
It's crazy on how we focus so much on a stupid number that creates nothing but stress, anxiety, and unhappiness. Why do something that causes the trifecta of a bad time? We need to understand what our bodies need. We need to see how our body can sustain life in a healthy way, then focus on what we can do to achieve the goals we want physically with our body.
