Have you ever seen a fancy "7g of protein' label on the front of a specific product (mainly a high processed one). Do you see it and think that that product then is a valuable source of protein? I use to always think this, and every label had me fooled. After learning more about nutrition and talking to nutrition experts I began to learn about "Macro Dominent Foods". This is when a specific macro has more grams than any other one in that specific product. Like I mention within the episode, a lot of foods have great nutritional value, but when it comes down to losing weight, dropping body fat, you need to pay attention to macros and calories. If there is a label saying "7g of protien" then that product wants your attention because they know for sure, it's not a protein dominent product.
