Thru Hiker Julia "Rocket" Sheehan joins the show this week! We talk all about her thru hike of the Appalachian Trail, and her plans to thru hike the Pacific Crest Trail in 2020. Unfortunately, this episode was recorded before the escalation of COVID-19, which has changed Julia Sheehan's plans for the Pacific Crest Trail.
