With the release of the newest Skylanders game - Imaginators - right around the corner, we knew we had to make Episode 92 special in some way or another. With the sea of options for fans of the franchise about to released on Sunday, we brought in yet another expert to help make heads and tails of the Imaginators launch. Matt Sonnenberg, from SkylandersCharacterList.com, was kind enough to join us two knuckleheads and fully reunite the 3 amigos for a classic episode of the Toys For Games ‘Cast.
We start off by getting to know Matt, for those in the audience who may not be too familiar with the voice behind the world-renowned name and international superstar. Sure, Matt is the man behind the most comprehensive Skylanders fan site out there, but there’s so much to Mr. Sonnenberg.
After reuniting with Matt, we get down to business by discussing some news, speculation, and hype - all in regards to amiibo! Then we talk about LEGO Dimensions, where Matt filled us in on how he’s liking the second season of Dimensions. Then we gave a real-time update for the Lightseekers Kickstarter campaign.

Finally we talked about some recent news for Skylanders, and did a full breakdown on what to expect com October 16th … the launch day for Skylanders.
