Yesterday, in a major First Amendment case on student speech, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 8-1 in favor of a high school cheerleader, who was suspended for using explicit language on her social media.
The Court also ruled yesterday that police cannot always enter a home without a warrant when pursuing someone for a minor crime.
