November is National Family Caregivers Month.
It’s reported that nearly half of all caregivers are over age 50.
They may be experiencing changes in their own health while also trying to manage the health of older family members.
Research shows that caregiving can also take a major emotional and financial toll on the caregiver themselves.
So, how do we care for the caregiver?
And, as we reunite with older family members this holiday season, how should we deal with – and help address – any signs of declining health, including dementia?
