Open water swimming has exploded during world wide lockdowns, closing pools and pushing swimmers out to any other body of water they can find. Peter specialises in everything open water, from squads in the ocean to fixing their technique in the pool.

It was interesting to hear Peter's perspective on what we can all do to become better at open water swimming.  I especially enjoyed discussing the viscosity, or thickness, of the water and how that can have an impact on your stroke.
