We had the pleasure of speaking with James Burton. James is one of the founding partners of Percy Ellis, and a local resident of Leslieville. James grew up in Fergus, Ontario with his mom, dad, and sister Kym. Throughout his childhood, James spent time sailing with his dad, playing sports, solidifying his love for computer programming, and perfecting his golf swing. After graduating high school, James moved to Kingston to attend Queen’s University where he received his B.Eng. After working in telecommunications for several years, James partnered with his long-time friend Emery Daniels to open Percy Ellis Development and Construction.

James shares with us how he got started in the development business and his opinion on how to solve the "Missing Middle" Crisis.
