We had the pleasure of speaking with Leo Cianfrogna. Leo has been in public practice for over seven years, he prides himself on understanding client needs and providing practical solutions. Leo has pas experience at KPMG He gained his first accounting experience as a co-op student at KPMG and smaller chartered professional accounting firms focused on non-profit audits and professional practice compliance. In 2012 he joined HS & Partners LLP, and in the short five years rose through the ranks to the position of Manager servicing a variety of clients within a diverse range of industries.  Leo talks about taxation in real estate and shares with us his thoughts on possible changes coming to the capital gains tax and the primary residence exemption.
