In his varsity debut, RB Dezmond "Dez" Forrest (2021) had 450 yards, 5 catches, and 9 TDs in the Weatherford Kangaroos' first 2019 season game on Aug 30 against Granbury HS in Granbury, TX. That is the most points scored by a player in Kangaroo history since 1935. The final score was Roos 81, Pirates 40.
