(Apr 17, 2020) There are nearly 700 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the North Country. While many of those are mild cases, some are far more serious. Andy Hastings is 40 years old and spent two weeks on a ventilator at the hospital in Plattsburgh.
Andy is awake now, breathing on his own, but his mother, Linda Hastings says the experience has taught her how vulnerable everyone is to the coronavirus.
