(Mar 26, 2020) Governor Cuomo says there are early signs social distancing may be slowing the spread of COVID-19 in New York state. The total number of cases now tops 30,000, with the vast majority of those cases in New York City. Speaking yesterday from Albany, Cuomo said preliminary numbers suggest the spread rate is easing.
