(Jan 24, 2020) About a hundred people came out Wednesday night for the first public meeting for Potsdam’s downtown revitalization initiative, known as the DRI. Residents have high hopes for the $10-million state grant the St. Lawrence County village won.
Now the first task is how to spend the money, and avoid the pitfalls other communities have faced.
