(Jun 5, 2020) Potsdam was the site of one of the North Country’s largest demonstrations protesting the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis. On Monday, hundreds of people marched through downtown Potsdam. The organizer is a Jennifer Baxtron, a 46 year old woman who moved to the North Country in 2012 from Syracuse, with her teenage son.
