(Apr 3, 2020) North Country hospitals have been preparing for an influx of coronavirus patients for several weeks now. Clifton-Fine hospital has arranged to send any COVID-19 patients an hour's drive to Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, and take some of Samaritan's other, non-critical cases in return.
