(May 6, 2020) The North Country’s public health officials are reacting to the state’s new guidelines for reopening the economy.
Governor Andrew Cuomo announced Monday that to qualify for reopening, regions will need to test three percent of their residents for COVID 19 each month. For the North Country, that will mean doubling its testing capacity.
