Up, Periscope! It's Khalil Smith of the "IDON Active Health Show"!

"It's always the quiet ones you've gotta watch out for," they always say. (Who exactly "they" are, I have no clue. ) But you wouldn't think that this soft-spoken young man would be running a podcast, a clothing line, and fine-tuning our Naval recruits into a solid, fighting machine. You can hear in Khalil's words that he's very driven and goal-oriented. And how hard is that to do , when you're living on a submarine? I worry enough about the submarines in my bathtub!
