Acts 11:19-30 provides examples of the first-called Christians who lived with steadfast purpose. Their example reveals the truth that God always builds His kingdom through the faithful witness of His people. It falls to us, in this generation, to live with steadfast purpose. To do this, we must understand what our purpose is and know what will aid us in remaining steadfast even in the midst of hardships that affect us all.
