Bishop John Selders of Hartford joins us to discuss appropriate actions to make police departments responsive to the communities they "serve and protect." Todd says police unions have the power of the people thwarted, Bishop Selders says there are a bunch of other negative forces higher on the list. Selders is a minister at the United Church of Christ, Assistant Dean of Students at Trinity College, and a leader of Moral Majority CT. Afterwards we get caller reaction.
