Todd Feinburg: Performance Government (10/2/19)

After a deadly crash of a WWII era bomber at Bradley this morning, Sen. Blumenthal was on the scene claiming he had called in the NTSB and that greater oversite of these aircraft - of which 17 remain - is needed. His call for oversite came as he confessed he didn't know what the planes were used for. Todd argues that we don't really have government anymore, that instead we have Performance Government.
