Todd Feinburg: After 6 - Jason Gulino (12/11/19)

Jason Gulino is a prisoner in the Connecticut system, serving his time at the Osborne Correctional facility in Somers, the same prison that houses Michael Liebowitz, a regular and treasured guest here. Jason is part of a broadening of our efforts to make visible the invisible - and unknown - inmates of our prisons with an eye toward understanding the ways in which they might perform well even though 60% are re-arrested once returning to normal life and 34% of released inmates return to prison.
