Out working with buyers and know what they like so you can bring that product to market
Realtors know what product is sitting on the market less than two weeks

After you make it don’t get stingy
I’ve never met anybody that said they want to go back and work for somebody else after they started working for themselves.
Don’t pitch off one deal, pitch on the long term
