The biggest wish I would have had, was I really would have asked more questions. As a coach and facilitator, my whole profession is about asking questions and being present.  I have learnt the power that effective questions bring.



I was a naturally curious leader, and had no problem asking questions o see clarity on the strategy of senior leaders on occasions.  Being naturally curious helps, but its the ability to be intentional with intentional questions
