Adaptability is perhaps the biggest lesson most people in the trades learned. When the market started being unpredictable, we all had to switch up our moves.

Now, shifting gears to the future – 2024. This is the year to double down on operational excellence. Doubling down on what makes you tick operationally is a safe bet.

Also. remind your existing customers that you're still the go-to folks for their needs. It's about turning those existing relationships into a revenue goldmine.
