That's right - season 4 of the To Health With That podcast is finished, so let's talk about what you should be doing this summer (having fun), what I should be doing in the fall (writing), and what kind of episodes you can expect.
I'd like to call it To Health With That! Season One BONUS Episodes.

Thanks so much for being here and adding so much in terms of comments and questions - I couldn't do this without you.

In September we'll have occasional episodes about methylation and MTHFR, maximum safe doses of methyl folate, methylation adaptogens, and a few other big topics that come up.
