This week I'll be talking with Francis Smith, one of the founding members of the Diamondback Brewing Company, a Baltimore-based craft brewery based on the south side of the city. Along with making a visit to the brewery myself, I got a chance to tour the facility and chat with Francis about how he and his two partners each made their Dares by leaving corporate America and making their jumps into hops.
