In this BONUS episode: Chilling Out VS Numbing Out I'm talking about the difference between numbing out vs chilling out.  Numbing out is different for us all, my numbing out came from avoidance and denial and trying to escape my life.  I numbed out with food, alcohol, and shopping and nothing in my life changed for years because I was running from why I was overeating, drinking, and overspending. 

Also, I give you some simple things you can do to chill out and relax and deal with life without feeling the need to escape and drown yourself in the numbing agents.
