Although shows like American Idol, The Voice and America's Got Talent bring in millions of viewers each week, their track record for breaking music artists into the mainstream is shockingly bad. Tonight, we look at just how bad it actually is and try and figure out why audiences will tune in to these shows but tune out to the competitors music.. Next, the hosts of the podcast, I'm New Here. come on to talk about their show which focuses on being a young new transplant in los Angeles. We close the show with a trivia game called How Well Do We Know Our idols, in which our panel listens to songs by American Idol winners and they have to guess which winner it is.
