Listen in as Eric talks about transparency, and how it can be a tool to learn to walk with character. Are we as a church open to being transparent with where we are at? Our character will not develop if we don’t look at our issues and understand where we are at. Instead of ignoring them, we should choose to look them and choose to to grow. The purpose of healthy character is to serve others around us just like Jesus did. Lets learn to be a community where transparency is applauded, and our growth process is encouraged.
