Have you ever heard the words, “what does this scripture mean to you?” Maybe a better thing to ask is, “what does this scripture mean to Jesus.” Our filters and interpretations can be far and wide, and allow us to bend or form Jesus’s words to be whatever we would serve us best. This can lead to serous discouragement as we feel let down by God, when it may have be a filter we added to what Jesus actually said. Listen in….
