Sometimes, we may slip up and let that doubt creep in but how do we break the continuous cycle of negative thinking? The first step is to identify the sources of negativity in your life, and then make a radical change. You can’t expect it to happen for you! The first step is the hardest, but overcome it and the rest will follow.
