The Supreme Court is reportedly considering overturning the landmark Roe v. Wade ruling on abortion rights, according to a leaked draft opinion. If carried out, abortion will no longer be considered a constitutional right in the U.S., and each state will be free to determine the legality of the procedure.

In 1973, Roe v. Wade gave women in the U.S. an absolute right to an abortion in the first three months of pregnancy, and limited rights beyond then.
