Next Episode: Futureproof

Suggested by a speaker a few years ago, I read Dan Millman's book, "Way of the Peaceful Warrior."  It was a transformative fictionalized account of the mind shift the character took to come to the understanding that he was one with the universe.

This book was the first time I was exposed to these larger, universal lessons, and that in itself was pretty transformational.  I plan to read it again soon.  I imagine that it is one of those books that you read multiple times and I expect that each time I read this book I will be experiencing something new and important and I'll be able to draw new lessons.

The second book I read was "The Little Book of Big Change" by Amy Johnson.  I picked up this book because I have been on this quest to be the best version of myself.  In this book, the author uses the same concept, being the larger self, to describe a simple way to combat urges.

Combined, I highly suggest these two books to work through any unwanted habits you're carrying around.
