It’s wise to know WHAT you are trying to build before you start including others in your vision.  Ensuring that the folks that are your support system not only understand, but support and complement your vision is important.

Are you in this for fun?

It’s quite okay if you are – but make way for those who are thinking of this as career. That doesn’t mean there isn’t space for you, this means that you as a hobbyist should not get to set the rules and the tides for the culture.

What is your end goal (assuming you’re not in it for fun)?

Basic Goals:  Side Hustle, Professional Caster.
Advanced goals: Breaking into the industry  (Q+A Testing, Commentary, Video / Audio Editing etc)

For those of you with goals set – what is your next step towards that goal?
What does success look like?
What do you want your community to look like?
What do you want your channel / content to feel like?
