Professor Amitai Etzioni, 93 years old, is the founder and curator of Civil Dialogues. Professor Etzioni taught at Columbia, Harvard, and Berkeley, and was a Senior Advisor to the Carter White House. His books include The Spirit of Community and Reclaiming Patriotism.
